Now in its sixth year, the Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge brings Porsche vehicles in need of expert attention into the hands of those best equipped to restore them: Porsche-trained technicians who are as passionate about these cars as the owners who drive them.
With access to more than 85,000 Porsche Classic Genuine Parts, participating Porsche Centers across the United States select a Porsche Classic model to return to the road using factory-approved restoration techniques and historically accurate craftsmanship.

Based on the Porsche Sonderwunsch program, the Individualization category is designed for participants who want to fulfill a unique vision. Preservation
The Preservation category focuses on maintaining as many original components as possible while improving overall function and condition. Rather than fully restoring a vehicle to like-new status, this approach prioritizes careful repair, subtle enhancements, and minimal replacement to retain authenticity and originality.
Restoration
The Restoration category represents a full, ground-up restoration process. Vehicles in this category are returned to like-new condition and most closely aligned with original production specifications, emphasizing historical accuracy, technical precision, and factory-correct details.
