Exterior Design
The 2026 Porsche 911 has a sleek and aerodynamic exterior design that is instantly recognizable. The vehicle's body features the classic Porsche curves and sweeping design that have become iconic. The front of the 911 is dominated by the classic Porsche headlights, which are flanked by sweeping wheel arches and a long-hood design. The rear of the 911 features a wide stance and a dual exhaust system, which gives the vehicle an unmistakable presence on the roads around Silver Spring. The latest models add new aerodynamic touches including five vertical slats on the lower grille intake. These adjustable fins can guide air to the brakes or radiators as needed to help maximize performance. You'll also find a plethora of new wheel options for 2026 911 models, and the tweaked front and rear bumpers offer a typically subtle refinement of the classic 911 shape.
Interior Design
The interior of the 2026 Porsche 911 is a luxurious and high-tech space that is designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience. The seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin is filled with premium materials such as leather and carbon fiber. The 911 also offers open-top convertible and Targa body styles for those who like to feel the wind in their hair when cruising through Gaithersburg. And for the first time in its illustrious history, the Porsche 911 is available with an all-digital instrument cluster offering customizable views of performance, navigation, and more.
Performance
The 2026 Porsche 911 delivers a deep lineup of performance options to suit your tastes, budget, and level of commitment. Even at its base level, the 911 Carrera chucks out 388 horsepower from its twin-turbo flat-six arrangement. And power only goes up from there, with the new T-Hybrid system delivering 478 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque. Meanwhile, the Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S each use a twin-turbo 3.7-liter flat-six good for 572 and 640-horsepower, respectively. And in the Porsche GT3 RS, a 4.0-liter flat-six throws down a staggering 518 horsepower along with its track-inspired suspension and aerodynamics. For 2026, the Carrera 4S now offers all-wheel drive for added capability and versatility. An electromagnetic clutch and water-cooled front differential provide sharp, intuitive performance and handling, plus a new sport exhaust and upgraded brakes and dampers are standard on the new 4S models.
Technology
The 2026 Porsche 911 is packed with cutting-edge technology features that make it a joy to drive. The vehicle's infotainment system features a large touchscreen display and voice-activated options for an easier interface. The updated infotainment system now includes Porsche App Center, so you can download apps directly to your display. Plus, Burmester and Bose audio-equipped 911 models get Dolby Atmos spatial audio. In addition, the all-digital instrument cluster puts a host of performance data directly ahead of you so you can keep up with more information as you drive. Even better, you can now use both wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® in your new Porsche 911 for easier connectivity while on the go.
Safety
With advanced safety features like forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, and automatic emergency braking, the 2026 Porsche 911 delivers a wealth of safety to match its performance. In addition, front and rear parking sensors and surround-view cameras let you see the world around your Porsche to avoid those awkward fender benders. You can even get blind spot monitoring and night vision for the ultimate in safety while behind the wheel of your 911.
